  • Services are available Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).
  • Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, our team will contact you via phone or email (depending on your selected preference during checkout) to:
    • Confirm your request
    • Schedule your remote session at your convenience
  • Most sessions begin within 1 hour of purchase, depending on technician availability and customer responsiveness.

3. 📧 Delivery Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the session details.
  • Upon completion of your service, a follow-up confirmation may be sent summarizing the work completed.
